While picking up some cocoa last night to make some chocolate BC, I found a box of Hershey's Special Dark cocoa - picked it up because I love dark chocolate and thought I would try it. I substituted the special dark for regular cocoa in my usual chocolate BC recipe (I use "My Easy Chocolate Buttercream Frosting" that kakes_by_kim posted) and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. Super rich - would be amazing on an all chocolate cake... Anyway, it's also BLACK, so if you ever need black icing and don't feel like adding any coloring, this is a good way to go! Just thought I'd share.

OOOOH! Yummy! I love dark chocolate, too! I'll bet it also doesn't have the "side effects" that black colored icing has.
