I just got inspected in VA and I passed, but I do need to update my product labels. Here's the problem - I store all my stuff in canisters, so for many of the products, I don't have the packaging. Does anyone have labels they could email to me so that I can get the 'sub ingredients'? I need:
AP flour
Cake flour

Hey! Well Congrats!! This must be exciting for you.. I have the Softasilk Cake Flour:
Ingredients: bleached wheat four, niacin, iron, thiamin monoitrate, riboflavin, folic acid

contains wheat ingredients;
may containt egg, milk and soybean ingredients..
