I have to use canned chocolate icing for my dad's cake because he does not like chocolate buttercream. So my question is... does the Wilton chocolate icing crust so I can use the Viva method to smooth it?
This isn't exactly answering your question but I know that the regular canned icing from the store will crust. Not as quickly as a standard wilton recipe buttercream, but it will crust. So I would assume the Wilton will as well.
