Hi

I have made a cake before, where I have thin pieces of chocolates standing up on the side of the cake... just wondering if anyone has an easy way to do this... I think I always do things the hard/complicated way, and wondered if any legendary CCers have alternative ways to get the same effect...

Thanks heaps...

you can melt the chocolate, and spread it on a piece of acetate or even baking/parchment paper. You let it set flat and then simply break it into pieces, it's really a very easy technique.
