Where can you find inexpensive cake plates or peastals and cupcake trees??Thanks in advance.
Well, cake pedestals are fairly easy to find in lots of places because they're becoming quite popular again. If you have a TJMaxx, a TJMaxx and More or a Home Goods (all the same corporation, along with Marshall's) they have a TON, for under $20.
The cupcake towers - I just found a cute one at a TAG outlet (Tag International). But often the Wilton ones are affordable with a Michael's, JoAnn's or Hobby Lobby coupon.
And if you get invited to home party things - Southern Living at Home has a couple.
There is a website called cupcaketree.com that sells 2 different size cupcake tree's. They are made from cardboard. I have the small one that sells for around $25. I have re-used it about 10 different times, and it's just now starting to look rough. I always cover it in a pretty wrapping paper, the hot glue a ribbon around the edge.
The Wilton cupcake tree can be found at Macy's, Bed Bath and Beyond (I think) and a number of other retailers.
Hi,, I don't know what area your in,, but in my wal-mart last night, I saw a cupcake tree and a two-layer cupcake tote. Might want to check there. I didn't see the price though.. good luck
