I got it all set up clamped to my snackbar, connected to the arm and the scope will not stay up! it keeps falling forward. Did I do something wrong?

Glad I didn't have a cake underneath icon_confused.gif Please help! icon_cry.gif

Sounds like you just need to tighten the screws on the support arm!

Glenda, my DH called me at work today to tell me he tightened the screws and it stayed in place. I was so tired when I set it up I was sweating trying to get everything in place.

Thanks

Okay . . . please help me with mine! I can not get it to focus enough to be of any use. I purchased the arm and have it clamped to my kitchen table. I put an image in that I made various sizes since I didn't know which size would work and they're all too blurry for any kind of detail work. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??? Even when I adjust the lens I can't get it clear enough. Any one else have this problem?

You have to find the "sweet spot" for the arm. Mine works best when the projector is about 3 ft above the cake's surface. Also, I use a picture about 3" square.

I had a little delay in set up the first time-trying to adjust it. Now, I can get it adjusted right in about 2 1/2-3 mins after I start setting it up.

I leave the arm attached to my table (it is up against a wall), then just have to attach the projector and adjust the distance from the cake. Once you find the best spot for you, it is quite easy to reset back to that position!

Thanks for the tips. I just got my arm yesterday but haven't set it up yet. Can't wait to try it out.
