Hi Everyone,

I want to make cookie monster cupcakes (similar to many of the ones I've seen on CC) and would like to know how to make the blue colour for Cookie Monster. To get a dark blue Cookie Monster I know I need to use Royal Blue icing, but I want to get the lighter blue shade of the 'newer' cookie monster (please attached picture). Many of the cakes/cookies in the galleries for cookie monster have this colour, but I just cannot recreate it properly.

Take about a 1/4 cup to see if it would work but I think the sky blue would work if you use enough.
