I've noticed a lot of requests for directions for these cakes. I've never made them myself, but nejiad posted directions for them at:

look @nejiad's photos.......she has a ton of them...........I wanna know if anyone knows how to make the ones with the 3-D flowers in them. I tried to pm nejiad to see if she knew, evidentally it's popular in Mexico........I can't find instructions for them anywhere!!! They are like the ones here at this site

To pass on the vague instructions that I have heard:
You put your jello into the mold and let it set. Then using a spoon, scalpel or syringe, open a slit and inject the milky or different-colored jello into the spaces.
Let it gel and unmold.
That's all I have heard. Hope it helps someone>>> icon_smile.gif

Here is a lovely jello cake.

I think this is what you guys are looking at.

Maybe someone can pm her( analia71) and ask her how she did it.

Sounds like a complicated process, but so pretty.

well the directions she gave are for those type of cakes........they're really not that complicated at all.......however the 3-D flower ones have me completely baffled........usually I can look at something and kinda figure out how someone did it.......if I knew what those flowers were made of maybe I would stand a chance........if I could just order one and disect it or something LOL

>> Okay, so you cut the gelatin with the syringe (upside down I would guess?) and then syringe in the colour to fill the slice you made? I'll have to give it a try, your pictures are beautiful.
