My fellow Coloradans ~
Don't know if any of you have checked out this store yet, but I found it today. It's in Littleton at Broadway & Oxford. They have LOTS of good cake decorating stuff, including Americolor Colors, luster dust, cake boards and boxes for very reasonable prices, and the sleeves of Bake Kraft fillings. I got a sleeve of apricot filling for $3.10. I thought that was a really good price (I'm guessing). They also have pans, pillars, edible images and candy making supplies. I spent $20.00 and got all kinds of goodies.

I also met Desiree today, who is the owner of The Makery at County Line & Holly. Cute shop. She doesn't have much in the way of supplies but seems very knowledgeable and nice. Her shop is a "bake & make" store, where people can call and request a certain type of cake, she bakes it, and they come in and decorate it. I think it's alot of fun for kids. She also has classes. The September COICES meeting will be held at her shop on Sunday, September 17th at 3:00.

Love this store, a friend of mine lives in HR and he told me about this place. I've been going there since February. Prices are great! The decorating supplies, pans, stands, pre-made royal icing flowers (the list goes on) are plentiful. Actually my first visit to Cake Crafts was the day I heard about CC. It was a GREAT day.

I've been to this store several times and love it. Pretty much has everything you could possibly ever need in the line of cake decorating. I've also taken a class there and was very pleased - Helen is a wonderful teacher.
