Adding Coconut Cream To Smbc..

I would imagine it can be done.. but I was wondering if anyone has experience before I go wild.. LOL. I'd hate to have a REALLY fattening coconut soup on my hands.. icon_wink.gif . Does it give it enough of a coconut flavor? Would you recommend anything else over coconut cream? Obviously this is to go with my tropical fillings post.. I think a pineapple and/or mango filling with coconut buttercream will be a nice combo..

I add coconut extract or coconut syrup (like the kind for coffees) to my smbc
