Anybody got any ideas on this? I've done a bunch of google searches, but most frostings involve cream cheese or egg whites & I can't legally sell a frosting that requires refrigeration. I have found some glaze-type honey recipes, but I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas. I'm hoping to top an apple or spice (or apple spice!) cake. Thanks!

What about an all-shortening buttercream with honey and/or honey flavoring added?
