I keep hearing everyone rave about softasilk. Can't find it in any stores around here. I am using Swans Down, but now feel like it is 2nd best. Should I pay for shipping to get a better cake flour???? Or just stick with it? How big is the difference between the two, I just want my cakes to be really yummy! Thanks!!
