I am having trouble removing fondant and/or gumpaste from plastic monogram forms. The letters are thin and I am wondering what the best method is for removing them. Letting them dry, refrigerate, freezing?

I have never made fondant lettering but did you try dusting the plastic molds with corn starch or powdered sugar?
