Can anyone give me information about trade shows I could attend? I would like to open a retail cake supply store, and would love to attend a trade show. Also, are there any buyers markets for bakery/cake supplies? Not sure if I would already need a business license for that. What I am looking for is a large variety of items I could stock in my store, all in one place.

The biggest bakery show in the country is the bakery and frozen dessert expo in Las Vegas Sept. 9-11. It's only $30 for an admission badge and you can just make up a bakery name when you register. They say it is for the trade only, but they don't enforce it.
