i need to make a few cakes for birthdays coming up and want to experiment with dif types of fillings. i already know how to make a simple choc ganache but have a few questions
i made a white choc ganache yesterday but it never set properly ... stayed more like a sauce... i saved it because it would probably be very delicios on ice cream or something. . how would you make a very simple white choc ganache i would like to make a cake with varying layers of ganach fillings
