Help! Need tried & tested yellow cake recipe that is easy to cut and tastes great. My current recipe turns out a little dry . Also, what is the best way to separate two different batters in a 11x15 sheet pan.

What kind of recipe do you do? Is it box cake or scratch?
I make a basic yellow cake recipe and then soak it with a soaking syrup to add more moisture.
