http://www.brpboxshop.com/
Here's where I get mine. Free shipping too, which saves a lot! They have the gold boards which I really like, no more wrapping boards!

www.uline.com has some.

I haven't ordered their cake boards or boxes, but have ordered other things and they were really great.

In addition to some of the ones mentioned here, I recommend http://bgpaper.com/Catalog/Baking_Supplies.html
Good prices, fast shipping.

Hobby Lobby has a coupon on their website this week for 50% off Wilton products. I went today and stocked up on cake boards, boxes, parchment triangles and disposable bags. I also got that new cake stand I've had my eye on for a while! Its a good time to get boxes and boards.

Re: latex gloves....I would strongly advise against these as some people can have a fatal reaction from any contact with latex, even a small amount of the poweder. Use synthetic.

I had a situation where I needed a box without success in finding what I needed. I also was having trouble with cake boards, bought foam core board and used 2 layers for a sturdy board and made boxes and lids from poster board.

I get all my boxes free in the product department of grocery stores. They have open tops that I cover with a heavy plastic wrap. The strawberry and cluster tomato boxes are prefect for 11x15 cakes. The mushroom boxes are perfect for 12x18.

The cake boards, I used to cut out of the sides of boxes; but my local library saves me cardboard now that comes in their book boxes. They are perfect for 12x18 and I trim them down for 11x15.
