I just got the cupcakes from the cake mix doctor book. The cupcakes look delicious. I'd like to try a few of the recipes but would like to know what do you guys think about the book and if you can recommend any of the recipes. Thanks a lot!

Cinnamon Toast Cupcakes, Cindo De Mayo Cupcakes, Key Lime Pie Cupcakes (but I didn't care for the meringue - I like a cream cheese icing better- also add some cream cheese to the filling - a better consistency) , St. Paatirkc's Pistachio Cupcakes (I cut the to 1/2 cup) and add chopped pistachios). Those are my faves. My DH devours the Cinnamon Toast Cupcakes when I make them.
