Has anyone made this? The recipe from this site. I'm baking it now. It's baked for 45 minutes but the top is still very liquidy. Is it supposed to be? I'm going to take it out of the oven soon because it's been there over the suggested time.

Thoughts?

TIA,
Kristen

I make those all the time! It will still be a little runny when you take it out of the oven, but it will firm up. It is nice to experiment with this recipe. I made one the other day using a carrot cake mix, with the cream cheese. My favorite is to use a chocolate cake mix, and mix about a 1/2 a cup peanut butter with the cream cheese part!

Thank you very much! This is my practice cake! If it worked out nicely, I was going to make another one to decorate. Does it freeze nicely?

Haven't tried to freeze one yet. They usually don't last that long. We just usually cut into squares for snacking.

Do you think if I made it Friday for a Sat party it would work?
