how much would you charge for this cake to be made with fondant
14-10-6 rounds torted with buttercream filling vanilla cake.
Chocolate sea shells. THey need it to feed about 80-100 people and will be cutting it themselves. This is for the daughter of the dentists I make all thier birthday cakes for I dont want to give it away or price too high...
My thought is if it was all buttercream maybe $200.00 + chocolates
What do you think?

I try to go with $2 per serving for all BC and $3 per serving for fondant, not including special flowers and such. I haven't made the chocolate shells before, so I'm not sure on the time or supplies needed for that. If you're trying to keep the price down a little for your dentist - I definitely wouldn't go below $200.

That sound ok as long as you're not covering in fondant.
