In some of the frosting recipes it says white sugar. So my question is does this mean granulated, as in not brown sugar, or is this powered sugar? When I think of frosting I think PS but haven't made alot out of the buttercream department so I wanted to make sure.
Thanks. icon_smile.gif

I believe white sugar is granulated sugar. And FYI, I've noticed powdered sugar is also called icing sugar in England!
