I'm looking for a whipped cream icing recipe. Which one in the gallery is the best in your opinion. I tried one in the gallery and my icing turned out to be watery (almost at a pouring consistency).

Any tips or ideas or recipe suggestions for a whipped cream icing recipe that taste good and is easy to work with?

Hi ACB!!! Here is one that I use and love. I don't know how it does with roses because I can't make them. icon_cry.gif Maybe one day I will be able to teach myself. icon_lol.gif

Instead of using 2 1/2 cups of Crisco, I use 1 cup butter and 1 1/2 cups of Crisco. It's sooo yummy!!

LOL AgentCake...I know what you mean! I think that's why I haven't tried IMBC yet! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif It goes by pretty fast though and it is really good. Let me know if you try it and how you like it.
