I am gong to use a cream cheese icing that is found on this site. I was wondering how long can I store it for. If I make the icing today....saturday...can I use it on thursday...will it go bad by then? Can I ice the cake and then freeze it? Can anyonw tell me if there is someplace on this site that tells you how long you can store icings for, if they have to be refidgerated or not and such thanks jen

I would think that the shelf life of your icing would be that of your earliest expiring ingredient.
