Someone asked a question in one of the topics if fondant, more specifically Wilton fondant, was gluten free.

And I cant remember which topic the question was under

I email Wilton and not only is the fondant gluten free (as I would have thought) but the whole plant is gluten free, so absolutely no chance of contamination.
