If you could go back in time, knowing what you know now, What's the one thing you would change or do differently about your business setup? You know the saying, If I'd only known this or that. I am considering opening a shop, but I am terrified of the what ifs.

The one thing that I would do differently is to pick a place that was already a foodservice facility. Conversion of a standard space really sucks. icon_smile.gif

I would have allowed for more space. The longer you are in business the more stuff you acquire, plan for growth.
