Anyone know if you can use the luster dust/vadka combo and spray it on butter cream?

There was a thread awhile back (I think by Moydear77) indicating that the Preval sprayer probably shouldn't be used on cakes/foods that were going to be eaten because of the chemicals used to propel the liquid. I know Duff used one on his show but the cake that Duff used it on was only for show and not to be eaten. Most of the time an airbrush is used for that purpose and you should be able to do that with a bc covered cake.
