So, thesae two cakes are an order from a customer who is also ordering two other specialty cakes for a housewarming party. These two cakes will be 6" rounds. Before i go testing a bunch of recipes, does anyone have a good gluten-free spice cake recipe and a sugar-free cake recipe?

At first, i thought the customer wanted a gluten AND sugar free spicecake which to me seems like... cardboard? lol thankfully, they are two separate cakes! Thanks for your help, CC!!

Are you looking for a sugar free spice cake? Or just eny kind of sugar free cake? I have a great chocolate cake recipe that is made with Splenda and sugar free chocolate. I adapted it from the chocoalte layer cake recipe from this site. If you would like it shoot me a PM and I will sned it to you.
