I tried the Sugar free cream cheese icing posted on this site. I hate to say, but this was the worst icing I have ever eaten, very bitter! Also was not able to do any decoating at all with it, although the recipe says you can do simple borders with it.

Which sugar free cream cheese icing are you talking about?
I absolutely LOVE the flavor of the icing with cool whip, cream cheese, and sugar free pudding.
I make it and dip fruit in to it just for a treat.
I can't eat sugar though so maybe I don't have the "taste".
