Well its done! Not without some minor issues along the way, but I worked through them and it was delivered in one peice! haha. I don't know how you guys who do this full time handle the stress of it! I have one more wedding cake, this coming weekend... and then I don't think I ever want to do one again (Yeah I know, I say that now, but its an addiction and Im sure there will be more to come).

Its a 16, 12, 8 square. Bottom & top are white chocolate cake with strawberry filling, middle is chocolate with raspberry milk chocolate whipped ganache. Decorated in BC, real ribbon & flowers, and then lots of tiny fondant blossoms with sugar pearls.

Oh yeah, and the lighting for the photo's was horrible!!! The MOB is a friend, so Im going to see if they got any nice professisonal pictures with better lighting for me.

The cake came out great. You should not worry and get over your fears.
