I am making an 11x15 sheet cake tonight. Actually I made it last night using two cake mixes and it wasn't as high as I would have liked it. So tonight I am retrying and was going to use two cake mixes plus the extender.

My question is.....do I place this all in a bowl together and then mix or do I need to do it seperatly? And is in one extender or two since I am using two boxes?

I am probably thinking too much into this and its easier than I am making it.

Thanks for the help!!

You are right - you're thinking too much! If you just want a little bit more batter, just add the extender ingredients in with your batter and mix. If you need the cake quite a bit taller, double the extender ingredients and add them. It's really up to you.
