Our town is having a classic car cruise and we're inviting family over for a big bbq. Does anyone have any ideas for car cupcakes? Since it's a bbq I don't want a huge cake, but I thought cupcakes would be good. I checked the gallery, but no cupcakes, just 3D car pans and huge racecar cakes.

Any ideas? TIA!

Thats a hard one here are some suggestions ( the only things I could think of...) Maybe you make tires on top of the cupcakes or make little fuzzy dice. hope these ideas get your idea juices flowing..

what about doing a cupcake cake with a fbct on it of a classic car??? Or I guess if you're up to it...you could try to mold some out of fondant and just put them on top of the cup cakes????

black and white checkerboard would be cute - I always associate that with cars and racing. It might fit for your theme
