I want to know what you carry in your cake repair tool kit, those kits we carry with us when we deliver them to their expectant owners? I am setting up a kit and would be very interested to know those items you find to be indispensable when making deliveries. I posted this under general queswtions as well as here, but thought maybe to get a few more reponses from new people. Thanks

I don't assemble tiered cakes, but my repair kit that I take to a function where I am displaying my cakes (long story... ever since a man stuck his thumb into a ladybird cake and announced "i didn't think it was a cake"... but there were cakes for sale signs all around him.. thumbsdown.gif )
anyhoo, i take royal icing, an egg cup to carry water, 2 paintbrushes, and some small balls of fondant in the colours of the cake.
Hope this helps!

there was a thread just the other day in another forum about this. I'll see if I can find it.
