How long will this icing stay good? Meaning if I make it up ahead of time and keep it in a sealed container how long will it stay fresh? I know at least a week, because I made some the weekend before last and stored the rest of it and used it this past weekend. Will it last longer than that? The only problem I had with using it the second time was that I had bubbles in it, but I think it was because of having to add water to get it a good flowing contistency and stiring it the second time around. But all in all I love the icing as does everyone I made cookie bouquets for.
