For a business what is the quickest way to make lots of mini cakes 4,3,2 in. Are there commerical bakeries that will do this or will a bakery be able to turn out large quantities weekly? Any info would be appreciated.

I haven't done this, however I sould suggest making a large sheet cake. 12x18x2 Then using deep cookie/biscut cutters to cut your sizes out of your sheet. Just make sure your cake is very cold-not frozen just cold so you get nice clean cuts.

www.sugarcraft.com has a pan that bakes 6 minicakes at a time. That way you do not have to cute or stack the little suckers. lol I love my pan & use it all the time to play with. I can get 4 in my standard oven at one time soI am getting some more before next May when I am doing 200 of these little cakes for a wedding.
