Does anyone have a copy of Earlene's serving chart? I have a partial version of it, and I prefer her's to Wilton's or any thing else I have seen so far; I mean, come on 24 servings for an 8" round!! I don't think so! Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA. icon_biggrin.gif

I have it but I won't be back at my computer 'till Monday. www.baking911.com should have one and Sugarcraft may have one too on their site. Sugarcraft is close if not the same as Earlene. Now, you could email Earlene and ask. She is good about answering.

Hi!

you need to go to her website, she has it there to be printed off. I have it in my wedding tasting folder.

Good luck

The ones that I see don't show any sheet serving information; is there one that does, or is that just not something that is on there? THanks

Also, does anyone know what size serving this is based on? The one's I have seen are based on 1 x 2"; I don't see anything that says what these are based on. Thanks

Pieces that are on the outside curved edge must be adjusted larger to insure serving that guest an adequate serving of cake. Normal servings of a two layer cake are 2" deep and 1" wide.

That is what it says in the part that is telling you how to cut a wedding cake. Hope that helps!
