single layer, torted and filled w/bavarian creme. For a graduation open house. I live in MI if that helps.

What size sheet cake? 9x13? 11x15? That would make a difference.

I don't sell my cakes, but I can tell you what I pay for them. For a 1/2 sheet torted and filled I have paid anywhere from $45-65. For a full sheet I have paid $65-$150. Of course it was based on the filling and icing I ordered. I hope this range helps you, you could call a few bakeries in your area and charge according to how much they quote you.
