I'm kind of new still at molding figures (usually I just piped with buttercream.) But I'm wanting to gain more experience. So to build two palm trees what material is best? marzipan, fondant, or gumpaste? I was going to go with fondant.

I would use fondant, but they all would work. I have on in my pics on the beach cake if that helps
