The directions say 350 for 30-40 minutes. Does that sound right?

It's the large size pan that takes 2 cake mixes. So that's like putting a double layer cake batter in each side. I just wasn't sure it would be long enough and if I have to bake it for much longer I would probably want to bake at a lower temp, right?

Do you think I need to use a flower nail to bake evenly?

Anyone used this pan and want to offer some suggestions?

Thanks.

I would use the flower nail and just keep an eye on it. Good luck!

I use it, but I'm not sure for how long I bake it. It depends... I just keep an eye on it after about 40 minutes. This link has the instructions from Wilton.

Good luck!
