is there such a thing?! I want to be able to fill, frost and make roses from it. Anyone who can give me a good recipe would be a big help! Or should I just fill & frost with the cream cheese frosting and then use buttercream for the roses?

I don't see why you couldn't do it if it is stiff enough. Maybe just add a bit more 10x sugar to it to stiffen it for decorating.

Good Luck!!!

I think cream cheese icing is to elasticy for making roses. If it works, let mne know.

Add sugar and meringue powder or cream of tartar to it. I make roses from cream cheese frosting.

Thanks Mslou, I will have to try that next time I use cream cheese icing.
When I made my castle cake it was half bc, half cc. I added merienge(sp) powder and glucose to make it stiffer. It still cake out like elastic, but held together really well.

I don't use glucose, just more powdered sugar.
