I am making a three layer cake that I would like to tilt using wedges. Does anyone know how to do this? I would like to use wedges but I am not sure how to do this. I saw the three tiered valentine cake with the tissue paper and am trying to do something similar with spring flowers instead of hearts.
Thank you.

There are instructions for this method and other topsy turvy cakes in Collette Peters-Cakes to Dream on book. I can e-mail you the directions if you'd like.
