Hi,
I have the wilton 3d house pan, the wilton 3d duck pan and the wilton 3d pooh bear pan and don't know what cake I can bake successfully in them!
I don't want to do a sponge cake with pudding added, I was hoping for some type of mud cake or something really heavy, moist and rich???????? HELP!?
Also, I don't use mixes, I am totally a from scratch girl sorry!
I just made the 3d lamb cake for Easter and I used an "Eggless Chocolate Cake" recipe that I found in a taste of home magazine. I poted the recipe but forgot in which forum and thread. If you want, PM me and I'll send you the recipe. It is a dense cake, almost like a bread. It is very delicious though.

I just did a search for the recipe and came across several. One awas really close to the recipe I have. But if you would like, I could still send you mine.
It was fun. My hand was dead after doing all the swirls though. My decorating gun kept quitting on me. Nobody wanted to cut into it yesterday, I had to do it.
