Hi I'm new here and loving it already.

I hope you may have some ideas since I'm new to making cakes. My Mom used to make them for all the grandkids birthdays and she recently passed away, unexpectedly.

So I'm trying to carry on the tradition and my nephew wants a knight cake.

I bought the Wilton Baseball person cake pan since it has the baseball which I thought could be the sword.

So any ideas on how to think outside the lines since once I turn out the cake it will have the lines for the player...
