I have a dummy cake that I don't like, and I would like to reuse the styrofoam...is there a way for me to remove the royal icing? The bakery I used to work at just used hot water, and soaked it for a while and that did the trick. I unfortunately don't have access to a three compartment sink. Any suggestions?

Hi,
IF the cake is only done in royal icing, all you have to do is take your sprayer in the kitchen sink with warm water and spray away. It will just melt off.

I have done this to some in the past that I didn't like. No damage at all.

Good luck.
