i need to make some white cakes, and i'm wondering what flavor to add to it, they like the white color, so i don't know if adding vanilla pudding will change that? really, i just want to make it more dense and moist, so ideas other than pudding would work. i've never done the sour cream thing. does that change the flavor? or does it still taste like white cake. i don't eat much white cake, sorry for all the questions.

I've added white chocolate pudding without it changing the color too much. The Pillsbury classic white mix is very moist and white.

I usually just add sour cream and they seem to be pretty moist and dense...white cake recipe from the Cake Mix Doctor book.

thanks, does the white chocolate give it a different taste? maybe i'll try the sour cream. i just seem to have problems with white cakes kind of cracking so i'm hoping to avoid that
