How do I convert 1 pint to cups? I need a pint of whipping cream but I buy the big container. Math was sooooo not my subject.

If you go to the recipe section of CC at the top of the page in the middle you will see "measurements." Also many baking books and cook books have them either in the front but mostly in the back. Think Baking911 has them. Also, go to your search engine and type in a few key words. If all else fails, take out a measuring cup sometime there are the conversions there. You can also get magnets to stick on you refirg. that will help. Do you have a Sur La table, or Williams Sonoma where live. Is this more than you wanted to know. Been there had to do that.

The above is one of my most used kitchen tools! I know they have the equivalent measurements in cookbooks but it can be a pain to pull out and find. This magnet is on my fridge and I love it!! I can just glance to see what I need. And for $3.00 how can you go wrong?
