2 quick questions...

Wilton makes the tub of premade icing for decorating. Does anyone know how long that lasts if has not been opened? I cant find a date on the stuff.

Also, is there anyway to make it chocolate? Could I just add some cocoa?I dont guess I care if It doesnt work and I have to pitch it. I just thought I would use it if I could.

Thanks!
