White Cake Mix - Egg Whites

Has anyone ever beat the eggwhites till they are stiff when using a cake mix? I was wondering if it would work or not.

hmmmm...I will have to watch for this one. I have done that for scratch cakes but never a mix. Good question-

It would probably be just like a chiffon cake then...I don't see why not. You ought to try it and let us know how it turns out
Chiffon cakes are thin like mix cakes so I'd expect it to work quite well
