Can anyone tell me about something I saw regarding pink cake boxes making your cake dry? I was about to order some of these and I don't want to invest or buy a lot of them if this is true.... Does anyone know?
I use Pink cake boxes all the time and I have never heard anything like that.I'm not sure what the difference would be between a colored box or brown..Nohing I would think...
It was a conversation I was having with someone here. I can't remember who it was. She/he insists the pink boxes makes his/her cakes dry. I'm not disputing that this is true for this person. But it's never happened to mine. I've been using them at least 3 years.

Thanks everyone! I'm ordering some of them today!!
Dawn (cali4dawn) turned me on to a great site... www.papermart.com and I had gotten 100 12" rounds cake boxes from them for like $67 with shipping they are a bit thinner then the ones you get in the cake store and they are not a solid pink they are kinda spoted they seem to be good also.. I have gotten a lot of cake boards from them in the last month also and let me tell you want a saves .. it looks bad up front but when you figure out what you pay per box in your cake store and then you figuer out these they are great...
