Ok, so I tried to make this, but I have questions. Is all of the powdered sugar supposed to be used up ( I still have some left in bowl), is it suppose to get sticky when you wrap it in plastic, mine did. I know I did something wrong. I thought it was going so good. Hints / help please. Thanks

If it is still sticky, some people have found that if you let it sit overnight it won't so sticky.

...I had that problem at first too but I found that by working in more of the powered sugar, the less sticky it was!

I made MMF for the first time a couple of days ago. I found I couldn't get all the sugar called for in the recipe to blend in, it was fairly smooth and elastic - I sprayed the inside of the ziploc bag with a bit of pan spray - it is a little greasy when you first take it out of the bag, but the spray mixes right in. I love the stuff, nice to work with and tastes yummy icon_smile.gif

So how much sugar is left over? I'm glad I'm not alone, but also have only got about 1/2 of the 2 lbs in and it is all crumbly and doesn't want to take more. Help?
