I've been asked to provide desserts for a tea given by my locel city hall.
It will be for about 200 people.
I've thought of lemon tarts, choc. cov. strawberries, pink champagne and choc. fudge cupcakes, and cookies (carrot and dried fruit with nuts).
Do you have any other ideas for me?
Does anyone have experience with anything like this? How many pieces should I make of each or how many pieces should I make total?
Thanks in advance...

I am not sure for that many people, but I did throw a bridal shower tea. We made little sandwiches, petifors, etc...We served about 6 per person.. But like I said that was for about 20 people....Not much help, sorry

I was always told that when doing finger foods, you should always have at least 1 item per person. So that would mean 200 choc strawberries, 200 tarts, and so on. Finger sandwiches, we always did 2 per person for that.
